Combipara TR Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Tramadol which relieve pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Tramadol is an opioid which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
Taking Aceclofenac+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen+Tramadol with alcohol can cause liver damage.
