Combipara-SP Tablet should be taken at the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It should be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. - Take Combipara-SP Tablet after food to reduce stomach irritation.
- Do not take Combipara-SP Tablet with other medicines containing paracetamol (acetaminophen), such as some cold or fever medicines, unless advised by your doctor.
- Avoid combining Combipara-SP Tablet with other NSAID painkillers unless your doctor recommends it.
- Avoid alcohol while taking Combipara-SP Tablet, as it may increase stomach irritation and the risk of liver damage.
- Combipara-SP Tablet may cause dizziness or drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.
