Cibinqo Tablet can be taken with or without food. It should be swallowed whole and not crushed or chewed. Regular use as prescribed helps maintain symptom control. Missing doses or stopping treatment without medical advice may reduce its benefit or increase the risk of flare-ups.

Common side effects of abrocitinib include nausea, headache, dizziness, acne, vomiting, tiredness, and urinary tract infections.
