Product introduction

Calmis D Lotion is a prescription medicine used to treat allergic skin conditions. It works by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine), and provide relief from symptoms of skin allergy such as skin irritation.

Calmis D Lotion should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. It is for external use only.

Do not use this medicine more than the recommended dose. Inform your doctor if you have known allergies to this medicine. This medicine is generally safe to use and has minimal or no side effects.

In Allergic skin conditions

Calmis D Lotion gives relief from itching, dryness and irritation associated with various allergic skin problems. It gives a cooling and a soothing effect when applied over rashes. It is also used to temporarily relieve pain caused by insect bites, minor burns, cuts and sunburn. Apply 2-3 times in a day or as prescribed. You may see an improvement in your skin after 2-3 weeks of using Calmis D Lotion.

How Calmis D Lotion works

Calmis D Lotion is a combination of two astringents (Calamine and Camphor) and an antiallergic (Diphenhydramine). The astringents work by imparting a cooling sensation on the skin to relieve minor skin irritation. The antiallergic works by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine), thereby relieving symptoms of skin allergy.

Ive got tested for hiv after 4 months of possible exposure (not sure if partner was +ve and sex was with condom) and results were negative and its been 6 months till date after the possible exposure now i was suffering from blocked nose wnd difficulty in breathing so i went to a chest specialist and was given total ige" test and the report came +ve with very highly elevated ige levels about 2000 ku/l is there anything to worry and is there any relation between total ige levels and hiv im very stressed once again please help."
