How to use C Pram S Plus Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. C Pram S Plus 0.25 mg/10 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How C Pram S Plus Tablet works

C Pram S Plus 0.25 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Clonazepam and escitalopram which have anxiety-lowering and mood-enhancing effects. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine (BZD) which increases the action of GABA, a chemical messenger that suppresses the abnormal activity of the nerve cells in the brain. Escitalopram is selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the levels of serotonin, a chemical messenger that improves mood.

C Pram S Plus 0.25 mg/10 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Pregnancy

Driving

Kidney
C Pram S Plus 0.25 mg/10 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of C Pram S Plus 0.25 mg/10 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Use of C Pram S Plus 0.25 mg/10 mg Tablet can cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Liver
