Bren PX 400mg/250mg/32.5mg Tablet is a combination medicine which helps in relieving pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. It also blocks the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower the pain perception.
Bren PX 400mg/250mg/32.5mg Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.
The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, constipation, sleepiness, and dizziness. How Bren PX Tablet works
Bren PX 400mg/250mg/32.5mg Tablet is a combination of three pain relieving medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Dextropropoxyphene. Ibuprofen and Paracetamol work by blocking the chemical messengers in brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Dextropropoxyphene works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain, thereby further decreasing pain perception.

What if you forget to take Bren PX Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Bren PX 400mg/250mg/32.5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
