Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dextropropoxyphene is a combination of three pain relieving medicines: Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dextropropoxyphene1, Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dextropropoxyphene2 and Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dextropropoxyphene3. Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dextropropoxyphene1 and Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dextropropoxyphene2 work by blocking the chemical messengers in brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Ibuprofen + Paracetamol + Dextropropoxyphene3 works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain, thereby further decreasing pain perception.
