Bonultra Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get the maximum benefit. Continue taking it as long as your doctor has prescribed it. However, do not take it more than or longer than prescribed by the doctor, as that may cause harmful effects. In addition to taking the medicine, including calcium-rich foods like milk, cheese, and other dairy foods, green leafy vegetables such as curly kale, okra, etc. in your diet may help.
It is generally safe medicine with little or no side effects. However, If you experience any symptoms on taking this medicine, let your doctor know. They may be able to suggest ways to reduce or treat the side effects.
To make sure it is safe for you, it is important to let your doctor know if you have any preexisting medical conditions.
