Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.

Take Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet at a fixed time each day to maintain consistent levels of medicine in the blood. Keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. Even if you feel well, do not stop this medicine on your own because high blood pressure often has no symptoms. If you stop taking it, your condition may get worse. Keeping active with regular exercise, reducing your weight, and eating a healthy diet will also help control your blood pressure. Follow your doctor’s advice while taking this medicine.

Some common side effects of this medicine include headache, cold extremities, slow heart rate, numbness of extremities, decreased blood pressure, weakness, and increased potassium level in blood. It is advised to avoid potassium-rich food and supplements while taking this medicine. It may cause dizziness; avoid driving or rising slowly from the sitting position. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure and electrolyte levels in the blood during the treatment.

Before taking it, let your doctor know if you have any liver or kidney problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor for advice before taking this medicine. How Bisonicus-T Tablet works

Breast feeding

Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet may be unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. It should be used only if the expected benefit outweighs the potential risk. Please consult your doctor.

Driving

UNSAFE

Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

CAUTION

Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.

Liver

UNSAFE

Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.

What if you forget to take Bisonicus-T Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Who should not take Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet?

People should not take Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet if they are allergic to its ingredients, are pregnant (second or third trimester), have severe liver problems, bile duct blockage, serious heart rhythm disorders, very slow heartbeat, untreated heart failure, severe asthma, or certain blood circulation problems.

What are the serious side effects of Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet?

Serious side effects of Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet may include chest pain, severe dizziness, fainting, very slow heartbeat, breathing problems, swelling of the face or throat, severe skin rash, yellowing of the eyes/skin, or reduced urination. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of these symptoms.

Can Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet affect people with diabetes?

Yes. Bisoprolol, present in Bisonicus-T 2.5 Tablet, may hide warning signs of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) such as a fast heartbeat. If you have diabetes, check your blood sugar regularly and watch for other signs of hypoglycemia like sweating or dizziness.
