Bingo-BG Ear Drop is a medicine used to treat ear infections. It works by killing and inhibiting the growth of microorganisms in the ear. This relieves discomfort, itching, irritation, and pain in the ear.
Bingo-BG Ear Drop is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. This medicine should be used regularly to get the most benefit from it. How Bingo-BG Ear Drop works
Bingo-BG Ear Drop is a combination of four medicines: Lidocaine, Beclometasone, Clotrimazole and Gentamicin which treat ear infections. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic which works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain thereby decreasing the sensation of pain. Beclometasone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the ear red, swollen and itchy after an allergy or infection. Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Gentamicin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins, required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

Patient concerns
I have pain in my right ear. I had recently gone to Goa and on the beach, some sand went in my ear which I tried to remove using my fingers. After that day, I am feeling pain in my ears. It has been 2 days since then. I have already experienced some or the other ear problems previously and at that time my ENT had suggested not to use ear buds, not to insert fingers in any of the ears. As today was Sunday, I couldn't contact him. But he generally suggests BINGO drops and few medicines. Any quick advice regarding my problem would really help. I am uploading prescriptions of my previous appointments with my ENT. Tonight i have taken Amoxyclav 625 mg and CNF Activ. And 3 drops from BINGO drops.
