Product introduction

Apraize 10 Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and do not stop taking the medicine even if you get better until your doctor tells you it is right to stop. You may need to monitor your weight regularly while taking the medicine, as it may cause weight loss.


Using Apraize 10 Tablet may cause a few common side effects, such as nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, and upper respiratory tract infection. If these side effects persist or get worse, let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these symptoms by prescribing alternative medicine or by adjusting the dose.


To make sure the medicine is safe for you, let your doctor know about all the other medicines you are taking before taking Apraize 10 Tablet. Plaque psoriasis is the most common form of psoriasis, a condition where the skin cells in the body grow too quickly and form scales and dry patches. They can grow anywhere, but most appear on the scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back. Apraize 10 Tablet reduces the scaly, itchy patches which may develop on the different parts of the body. It may take several months to become fully effective. You should avoid drinking alcohol while having this treatment and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Apraize 10 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor. It works by blocking the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation associated with psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis, and thereby reduces the signs and symptoms of these conditions.

No, Apraize 10 Tablet is not an immunosuppressant. It belongs to a class of medicines known as phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitors (PDE4), which work by blocking the activity of PDE4. PDE4 is found in inflammatory cells, and blocking it helps in reducing the molecules responsible for inflammation.
Apraize 10 Tablet is used to treat plaque psoriasis (red, scaly, thick, itchy, painful patches on skin) and psoriatic arthritis (a condition that causes joint pain and swelling). It is a long-term treatment and may take about 16 weeks to show an improvement.
Yes, Apraize 10 Tablet may cause depression as a side effect. The patient may also develop suicidal thoughts. It should be avoided in patients with a history of depression. In case you develop any of these symptoms, consult your doctor immediately or ask your friends or relatives to help you seek medical advice.
Yes, Apraize 10 Tablet may cause a decrease in appetite, which may further cause weight loss. You should monitor your weight regularly while on treatment with Apraize 10 Tablet. In case of significant weight loss, consult your doctor and consider stopping Apraize 10 Tablet.
Be sure to take Apraize 10 Tablet exactly as directed by your doctor. Your doctor will prescribe a low dose initially. This dose will be increased gradually after 6 days. Swallow the tablets whole with water. You can take it with or without food.
You should not take rifampicin if you are taking Apraize 10 Tablet. Rifampicin interferes with the working of Apraize 10 Tablet by decreasing its levels, making it less effective. As a result, you may not see any improvement after taking Apraize 10 Tablet.
In case you get pregnant while taking Apraize 10 Tablet, you should inform your doctor immediately. In fact, pregnancy should be avoided during treatment with this medicine. The reason being, according to animal studies, with Apraize 10 Tablet, there may be a risk of baby loss or defects in the unborn baby.
