Apraize 10 Tablet is used in the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, which is a type of skin condition. This medicine is used when regular treatments do not work or cannot be used due to side effects or poor response.


Apraize 10 Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and do not stop taking the medicine even if you get better until your doctor tells you it is right to stop. You may need to monitor your weight regularly while taking the medicine, as it may cause weight loss.


Using Apraize 10 Tablet may cause a few common side effects, such as nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, and upper respiratory tract infection. If these side effects persist or get worse, let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these symptoms by prescribing alternative medicine or by adjusting the dose.

Plaque psoriasis
Plaque psoriasis is the most common form of psoriasis, a condition where the skin cells in the body grow too quickly and form scales and dry patches. They can grow anywhere, but most appear on the scalp, elbows, knees, and lower back. Apraize 10 Tablet reduces the scaly, itchy patches which may develop on the different parts of the body. It may take several months to become fully effective. You should avoid drinking alcohol while having this treatment and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

How Apraize Tablet works

Apraize 10 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor. It works by blocking the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation associated with psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis, and thereby reduces the signs and symptoms of these conditions.

  • Apraize 10 Tablet is a well-tolerated medicine. Mild stomach upset may occur early during the treatment.
  • Monitor your weight regularly, as Apraize 10 Tablet may cause weight loss.
  • Your doctor will gradually increase the dose from day 1 to day 6 of treatment, after which it may be kept constant.
  • Tell your doctor immediately if you experience new or worsened depression, suicidal thoughts, other mood changes, or unexplained weight loss.
