Some common side effects of this medicine include sedation, fatigue, slow heart rate, insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), tiredness, blurred vision, dryness in mouth, difficulty in urination, constipation, nightmares, and cold extremities. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. You should avoid alcohol while taking Amnotript-PR Tablet ER, as it may worsen certain side effects.
