  • Do consult your doctor before taking ambroxol if you have a history of severe allergic reactions of skin (Stevens-Johnson syndrome or Lyell syndrome).
  • Do not continue taking ambroxol and contact your doctor immediately, if you notice any damage to skin or mucosa (moist tissue that lines the inner side of nose, mouth, lungs, and the urinary and digestive tracts). 
  • Avoid taking drugs that suppress cough (antitussives) if you are taking ambroxol.

any anti tussive syrup would do if its a dry cough so can give Ambrodil or Piriton CSif its a productive cough any expectorant would be fine, like Ascoryl
There is cough more than 7 days , given medicine to child but not as much relief. It can be more cough some time and some time less. We are given the medicine to child is lcz and ambrodil 3ml both time.

Hello, please start nasoclear nasal drops SOS for nasal blockage. Also start honey 1 tsf thrice daily for 4 days. Cough usually takes 5-6 days to settle. If problem persist show to nearest pediatrician for clinical evaluation. There might be need for nebulizations if symptoms persist.
