Alecta Plus 37.5mg/325mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food. If it causes stomach upset, take it with food. Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended dose or use it for longer than advised. Common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, dizziness, and constipation in some patients. These are usually mild and tend to resolve over time.
