Action 50mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of headache. It helps relieve headache by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes headache.

Your doctor will advise how much Action 50mg/500mg Tablet you need to take. It can be taken with or without food. You should take the medicine regularly while you do need it and try not to miss doses as it will become less effective. It should be used with caution in people who have any problems with their heart, kidneys, or liver.

Using this medicine may cause sleep problems (insomnia), nervousness, irritation, or restlessness. If you experience any of such side effects that do not go away or worsen, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms. What if you forget to take Action Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Action 50mg/500mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Action 50mg/500mg Tablet is used to get relief from headache.
You can take a dose of Action 50mg/500mg Tablet every 4-6 hours if needed, up to four times a day. Remember to leave at least four hours between doses and do not take more than four doses in any 24-hour period.
Taking too much of this medicine can cause damage to your liver because of the presence of paracetamol in it.

I am TIA patient taking ARRENO and statin (20mg) for last 3 years as clopidogrel did not suit me. Recently i developed leg pain especially after long walk and while sleeping. Colour doppler indicated Astheroclerotic wall calcification in anterior and posterior tibial arteries of lower limbs. Since i am already taking arreno, doctor did not advise me any medicine and only when pain increases over a period of time i can think of. Recently i developed little more (still i can walk without pain for 3 km a day normal walk). I got done CT angio which indicated both anterior and posterior of both legs are severely hypoplastic. The vascular specialist suggested me to take Stiloz 50mg along with Arreno. I seek advise whether i can take both these medicines that have identical in terms of mechanism of work. Will i have any problem if i take Stiloz along with Arreno ? Kindly advise.
