Acecare Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen which relieve pain. They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Taking Aceclofenac+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Acecare Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Acecare Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
Acecare Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Acecare Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Acecare Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
