Nixacal-CT Tablet

Take Nixacal-CT Tablet in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. For best results, maintain a balanced diet rich in calcium and vitamin D. Spend some time in sunlight each day to help your body produce natural vitamin D. Include regular weight-bearing exercises such as walking or light aerobics to keep your bones strong and healthy.

Nixacal-CT Tablet is generally well-tolerated with little or no side effects. However, some some may experience nausea, headache, constipation, dry mouth, or stomach discomfort. These are usually mild and improve with continued use or dietary adjustments. Drink plenty of water, include fiber-rich foods to ease constipation, and consider taking the medicine after food to reduce stomach upset.

Avoid taking Nixacal-CT Tablet if you have high calcium levels (hypercalcaemia), vitamin D toxicity, or known allergies to any of its ingredients. Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, are pregnant or breastfeeding. Let your doctor also know about all the medicines you are taking, as some medicines may may interact with Nixacal-CT Tablet.

Do not take additional vitamin D or calcium supplements unless advised, as excessive intake may cause harmful calcium buildup in the body. If you are on dialysis or have kidney problems, you may require regular monitoring of calcium and phosphate levels to prevent complications.
