Give Grenil 5mg/250mg Suspension to your child orally, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Stick to the dose, time, and way prescribed by your doctor as that depends on your child’s clinical condition, body weight, and age. In case your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking this medicine, let the child calm down, and then repeat the dose.
Grenil 5mg/250mg Suspension should be given at the first sign of a migraine attack. If symptoms persist, further doses may be given but a gap of 4 hours must be maintained between each dose. However, never exceed the total dose that has been prescribed for a day.
Diarrhea, rash, restlessness, and drowsiness are some of the common yet temporary side effects of this medicine. Make sure to report to your child’s doctor if the side effects persist or become bothersome for your child.
Before giving this medicine to your child, let the doctor know if your child has had any previous episodes of medicine allergy, metabolic disorder, liver impairment, kidney malfunction, asthma, or blood disorder. - Have your meals at the same time every day.

- Avoid loud music and noisy places.
- Avoid chocolates, cheese, processed food, alcohol, and smoking.
- Get sufficient sleep and avoid stress.

Kidney
However, dose adjustments may be required in severe kidney disease. Please consult with your child's doctor before giving the medicine to your child.

Liver
However, the use of Grenil 5mg/250mg Suspension is not recommended in children with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
