Do not take any other laxative along with Freelex Syrup without consulting your doctor.
Some healthy tips to prevent constipation from happening:
1. Eat more fiber in your diet. Recommended daily intake is 20-35g.
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.
3. Exercise regularly at least 3 times per week.
4. Do not hold in stool as that can worsen bowel issues.
