ANTIFIBRINOLYTICS
Antifibrinolytics are a group of medicines that promote the clotting of blood by inhibiting a process known as fibrinolysis. They help prevent or treat serious bleeding in people with certain conditions, such as hemophilia (a disease where the blood does not clot normally) and very heavy menstrual bleeding. They may also be used during some surgical procedures to prevent excessive blood loss.
