How Mindbeta Tablet works
Mindbeta Tablet is a combination of magnesium oxide and vitamin B2 (riboflavin) that helps prevent migraines by supporting healthy brain function. Magnesium keeps the nerves calm and helps blood vessels in the brain stay stable, which lowers the chances of a migraine occurring. Vitamin B2 helps brain cells make energy properly, as low energy levels in the brain are linked to migraines. Together, they help your brain stay balanced and reduce the number and severity of migraine attacks.
