The thermometer is not showing any mercury movements It is of no use. I had already raised a complaint. Please replace the same thermometer with a functional one

I am writing regarding an order I recently placed for a clinical thermometer and Supradyn tablets (Order Number: PO21926346596540) Upon opening the package, I found that the clinical thermometer is defective The mercury level is completely static and does not move, making it impossible to read temperatures accurately The Supradyn tablets arrived in good condition.
