Thermometer is not working which I have purchased and I want my refund back . I want to contact further regarding this and fix my issue .

Had Product - Temperature on the thermometer does change. Seems the Mercury is not inside the thermometer **DO NOT BUY**

You should have to use heavy power to make it to normal temperature

It is broken from Inside the mercury stem inside is not fixed with the sensor. When opened it was seen as broken Replacement needed

Thermometer mercury level is at 108.60° F. I kept the thermometer incold water for more than 1.50 hours But the mercury level is not coming down It seems the thermometer is not working So I request you to take back the item and refund the amount
