It aims to expel the mucus from the airway tract, thereby relieving your child from throat irritation, congestion and rendering him a soothing effect. Whereas, for a dry cough, cough suppressants are a better option. So, it will be wise to ask your child’s doctor before giving any medicine to your child.

An overdose or a prolonged intake of Somavent Pedia Syrup Mixed Fruit may cause serious side effects like seizures, rapid heart rate, and excess salivation.
