Oxetacaine + Aluminium Hydroxide + Dimethicone + Magnesium2 and Oxetacaine + Aluminium Hydroxide + Dimethicone + Magnesium4 are antacids which neutralize excess acid in stomach. Oxetacaine + Aluminium Hydroxide + Dimethicone + Magnesium3 is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
