Monitor for other symptoms like yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), severe fatigue, nausea, or unusual muscle pain. If you have taken an excess of Nefazor XR 500 Tablet by mistake, call your doctor right away or seek emergency medical care in a nearby hospital.

It is recommended not to take simvastatin and Nefazor XR 500 Tablet together because it may cause simvastatin toxicity, which may lead to symptoms like muscle weakness and soreness, fatigue, decreased urination, etc. Let your doctor know that you are already taking simvastatin.
