How Lobate AL Products work

Clobetasol + Lactic Acid is a combination of two medicines: Clobetasol + Lactic Acid1 and Clobetasol + Lactic Acid2 which treat eczema and psoriasis. Clobetasol + Lactic Acid1 is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Clobetasol + Lactic Acid2 is a keratolytic medicine. It breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Clobetasol + Lactic Acid1 into the skin.

No, Lobate AL Gel is too strong for facial skin and should be avoided. However, only exception is if your doctor/dermatologist specifically prescribes it for a short period.

Q. Can I use Lobate AL Gel for acne or rashes?
