Oxetacaine + Aluminium Hydroxide + Magnesium + Simethicone1 is a local anesthetic which provides fast relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach on account of its numbing effect. Oxetacaine + Aluminium Hydroxide + Magnesium + Simethicone2 and Oxetacaine + Aluminium Hydroxide + Magnesium + Simethicone3 are antacids which neutralize excess acid in stomach. Oxetacaine + Aluminium Hydroxide + Magnesium + Simethicone4 is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
