B-ALL Risk Stratification in Greater Noida

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (acute lymphocytic leukemia, ALL) is a malignant (clonal) disease of the bone marrow in which early lymphoid precursors proliferate and replace the normal hematopoietic cells of the marrow. The whole genome sequencing of different subtypes of leukemia has revealed new recurrent genetic and chromosomal abnormalities that add value to the existing prognostic scoring index in different subtypes of leukemia.

The scope of this B-ALL/T-ALL risk stratification gene panel testing includes screening a panel of 22 prognostically significant genes for mutations via next-generation sequencing (NGS).
