A CA 125 test measures the level of a protein called CA 125 (cancer antigen 125) in the blood. This protein is produced by the cells in the female reproductive system, including the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and the lining of the uterus. A CA125 (Cancer Antigen 125) test is commonly used to monitor women who have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer, as elevated levels of CA125 can indicate the presence of ovarian cancer cells. However, it's important to note that CA125 levels can also be elevated in non-cancerous conditions such as endometriosis, menstruation, pregnancy, uterine fibroids, etc. This test is available at an affordable price in Raipur with Tata 1mg labs.
