The Follicle Stimulating Hormone test measures the level of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in your blood. This hormone is essential for maintaining a healthy reproductive system in both men and women.
In women, FSH stimulates the growth and development of follicles in the ovaries and helps regulate the menstrual cycle, whereas, in men, it regulates the production of sperm in the testes.
