Understanding Allergy, Individual Marker, Alder
What is Allergy, Individual Marker, Alder?
This IgE antibody allergy test is conducted using blood samples to determine whether a person is allergic to Alder trees. Tree pollens that cause allergies are fine and powdery in texture. It's a frequent source of allergy problems, especially during the spring. Allergic symptoms, such as sneezing, a stuffy nose, and watery eyes can be triggered by inhaling relatively tiny quantities.
The alder allergy test is assessed on the basis of IgE levels in the blood serum, where an elevated level of Class 1 or more indicates the chances of having an alder allergy. The class in the test report is represented in the units of kU/L, which shows the exact amount of IgE present in the blood.
