Product introduction

Xidorin Tablet is used to treat low blood pressure (hypotension). इसका इस्तेमाल उन मरीजों के लिए किया जाता है जिन्‍हें बैठे हुई या लेटी हुई अवस्‍था से अचानक खड़ा होने पर निम्न रक्तचाप (लो ब्लड प्रेशर) के कारण चक्कर आने का अनुभव होता है. इस दवा से रक्त वाहिकाएं सिकुड़ जाती हैं जिसके परिणामस्वरुप आपका ब्लड प्रेशर बढ़ जाता है.

Xidorin Tablet can be taken with or without food. आमतौर पर, यह दवा दिन में ली जाती है. इस दौरान लोग अक्सर ऐक्टिव रहते हैं. लेकिन, अगर आप खुराक लेने के बाद लंबे समय तक लेटने जा रहे हैं, तो इसे नहीं लिया जाना चाहिए. आपको इस दवा को डॉक्टर द्वारा पर्ची में लिखे गए अनुसार ही लेना चाहिए और डॉक्टर से परामर्श किए बिना कभी भी इसे बंद नहीं करना चाहिए. यह दवा लेते समय आपको नियमित रूप से अपने ब्लड प्रेशर की जांच करनी चाहिए.

Common side effects of this medicine include headache, nausea, rash, urinatry retention, difficulty in urination, and flushing. इससे सुपाइन हाइपरटेंशन भी हो सकता है, लेटने में ब्लड प्रेशर बढ़ने को सुपाइन हाइपरटेंशन कहा जाता है. अगर ये साइड इफेक्ट आपको परेशान करते हैं तो डॉक्टर से परामर्श करें.

How to use Xidorin Tablet

How Xidorin Tablet works

Xidorin Tablet is an alpha-adrenergic agonist. यह दवा रक्त वाहिकाओं में विशेष रिसेप्टर को ऐक्टिवेट करने का काम करती है. इसके कारण ब्लड वेसल टाइट हो जाती हैं, जिससे ब्लड प्रेशर बढ़ जाता है.

Xidorin Tablet may slow down the heart rate slightly. इसे अन्य दवाओं (बीटा ब्लॉकर, डिजिटलिस आदि) के साथ इस्तेमाल करते समय सावधानीपूर्वक इस्तेमाल किया जाना चाहिए जो दिल की दर को धीमा कर सकता है. रोगियों की निगरानी करनी चाहिए अगर वे लक्षणों का अनुभव करते हैं जो धीमी हृदय दर से सुझाव देते हैं.

You should not lie down immediately after taking Xidorin Tablet because of the risk of supine hypertension (high blood pressure which occurs when you are lying flat on your back). इसलिए, बेडटाइम से कम से कम 4 घंटे पहले डेली डोज लेने की सलाह दी जाती है. आप सिर को बढ़ाकर रात में होने वाले सुपाइन हाइपरटेंशन के जोखिम को कम कर सकते हैं.

Xidorin Tablet should be taken exactly as directed by your doctor. Q. Who should not take Xidorin Tablet

Xidorin Tablet is not advised for patients having allergy to any component of the product, severe heart disease, unusually slow heart rate, high blood pressure, and conditions causing tightening of the arteries. Along with that, treatment with Xidorin Tablet should be avoided if the patient has enlarged prostate gland, urinary retention (when the bladder can’t empty properly), pheochromocytoma (tumour of the adrenal medulla), acute or severe kidney disease, overactive thyroid, poor vision as a result of diabetes, and narrow-angle glaucoma (elevated pressure in the eye).
