Take Ulpan-D Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily before breakfast. Swallow it whole with water; do not crush or chew. To get the best results, maintain a healthy diet, avoid late-night meals, caffeine, spicy or oily foods, and stop smoking or alcohol use. Do not skip doses or stop early, even if you feel better, as that may lead to a return of the symptoms.
