Telmized-C Tablet contains two medicines, both of which help to control high blood pressure. यह रक्त वाहिकाओं को रिलेक्स करके ब्लड प्रेशर कम करता है, जिससे हृदय के लिए पूरे शरीर में रक्त पंप करना आसान हो जाता है. इससे आपमें हार्ट अटैक या स्ट्रोक होने का जोखिम कम हो जाएगा.

Telmized-C Tablet may be taken on an empty stomach or along with food. डॉक्टर की सलाह के अनुसार इसे रोज नियमित रूप से एक तय समय पर लेना बेहतर होता है.. डोज़ आपकी कंडीशन और दवा के प्रति आपके रिसपॉन्स पर निर्भर करेगी. अगर आप बेहतर महसूस कर रहे हैं, तो भी इस दवा का सेवन करते रहना महत्वपूर्ण है. आपके ब्लड प्रेशर को कम करके, यह आपके हार्ट अटैक या स्ट्रोक के जोखिम को कम करती है. इसलिए, इसे लेना तब तक बंद न करें जब तक कि आपका डॉक्टर ऐसा करने के लिए आपको नहीं कहता. आप एक्टिव रहकर, धूम्रपान बंद कर और कम नमक व कम वसा वाला भोजन लेकर अपनी जीवनशैली में कुछ बदलाव करें, इससे दवा को बेहतर तरीके से काम करने में मदद मिलती है.

 The most common side effects of this medicine include swelling in your ankles or feet (edema), headache, sleepiness, dizziness, tiredness, taste change, and upset stomach. Since it may cause dizziness, do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. अगर आप साइड इफेक्ट से परेशान हैं या इनमें कोई सुधार होता दिखाई नहीं देता है तो अपने डॉक्टर से बात करें.

How to use Telmized-C Tablet

इस दवा की खुराक और अनुपान की अवधि के लिए अपने डॉक्टर से सलाह लें. इसे साबुत निगल लें. इसे चबाएं, कुचलें या तोड़ें नहीं. Telmized-C Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Telmized-C Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and Telmisartan, which lowers blood pressure effectively. सिल्नीडिपाइन कैल्शियम चैनल ब्लॉकर (CCB) है और टेल्मीसार्टन एक एंजियोटेंसिन रिसेप्टर ब्लॉकर (ARB) है. वे ब्लड वेसल को आराम देकर और पूरे शरीर में खून को पंप करने में हार्ट को अधिक कुशल बनाकर काम करते हैं.
