Telmital-LN Beta 25 Tablet ER may cause side effects like nausea, taste change, throat infection, back pain, and ankle swelling. To reduce ankle swelling, raise your legs while sitting. It is also advised to avoid a potassium-rich diet or supplements while on treatment. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, blood sugar level, and electrolyte levels while on the treatment.
