Scotnim SP 100mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. निमेसुलाइड एक नॉन-स्टेरॉयडल एंटी इंफ्लेमेटरी ड्रग (एनएसएआईडी) है और पैरासिटामोल एंटीपायरेटिक (बुखार कम करने वाली) दवा है. यह उन विशेष केमिकल मैसेंजर को मस्तिष्क में निकलने से रोकती है जिनकी वजह से दर्द या बुखार होता है. सेरेटियोपेप्टिडेज एक एंजाइम है जो सूजन वाले हिस्से पर असामान्य प्रोटीन को तोड़कर रोग को ठीक करता है.
