Posatral 300 Tablet should be taken with food. Take it exactly in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. This action makes it effective in preventing and treating invasive Aspergillus and Candida infections in immunocompromised patients, as well as treating oropharyngeal candidiasis, including cases resistant to other azoles like itraconazole or fluconazole.
