Women who are undergoing treatment should use effective contraception method. It is important to avoid pregnancy during the treatment and for one month after completing the course of medicine. Diarrhea may occur as its side effect, so drink plenty of fluids. But, you must inform doctor if it does not stop. Weight loss may occur but you may consult dietitian or increase food portion to overcome this side effect. It may also cause change in color of hair, and abnormal skin pigmentation.
