Thus, Ofacitix 2% Ointment blocks the production of pro-inflammatory substances (including cytokines) that contribute to the development of inflammation and other symptoms of atopic dermatitis.

Individuals should not use Ofacitix 2% Ointment if they are allergic to tofacitinib or any ingredient, have active tuberculosis (TB), or any serious infection (like sepsis, or deep fungal/viral infections), have severe liver problems, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
