Novanib-T Ointment suppresses overactive immune system by inhibiting certain enzymes called Janus kinases (JAKs). Thus, Novanib-T Ointment blocks the production of pro-inflammatory substances (including cytokines) that contribute to the development of inflammation and other symptoms of atopic dermatitis.

Who should not use Novanib-T Ointment
Individuals should not use Novanib-T Ointment if they are allergic to tofacitinib or any ingredient, have active tuberculosis (TB), or any serious infection (like sepsis, or deep fungal/viral infections), have severe liver problems, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can viruses reactivate while using Novanib-T Ointment
