Some common side effects of this medicine include headache, weakness, dizziness, decreased blood pressure, increased potassium level in blood, orthostatic hypotension (occasionally with syncope), breathlessness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and fatigue. इस दवा को लेते समय पोटैशियम से भरपूर भोजन और सप्लीमेंट से परहेज रखने की सलाह दी जाती है. इससे चक्कर आ सकता है, गाड़ी चलाने से बचें या बैठी हुई अवस्था से धीरे-धीरे उठें. इलाज के दौरान आपको ब्लड प्रेशर, ब्लड शुगर लेवल, किडनी फंक्शनिंग, यूरिया या इलेक्ट्रोलाइट्स लेवल की नियमित निगरानी के लिए कहा जा सकता है.
