Product introduction

Calcit SG Capsule is the active form of vitamin D. It increases the levels of vitamin D in your blood which in turn raises calcium levels in the blood by helping in the absorption of more calcium from your intestine. This way it helps in the treatment of calcium deficiency and metabolic bone disease.

Calcit SG Capsule is also beneficial in increasing muscle mass, helps in the prevention and treatment of hypocalcemia, as well as helps in reducing fatigue and muscular pains. यह इम्युनिटी को बेहतर बनाता है तथा शरीर की इन्फेक्शन का प्रतिरोध करने की क्षमता में सुधार करता है.

Calcit SG Capsule is used to treat and prevent low levels of calcium and bone disease in patients whose kidneys or parathyroid glands (glands in the neck that release natural substances to control the amount of calcium in the blood) are not working normally. Calcitriol (a vitamin D analogs) works by helping the body to use more of the calcium found in foods or supplements and regulating the body's production of parathyroid hormone.

  • It is recommended that you take Calcit SG Capsule at bedtime, preferably at least 2 hours after dinner. You may lie down immediately after taking it if you wish.
  • If you take antacids (medicines to relieve heartburn) or medicines containing calcium you should take them at least 2 hours after taking Calcit SG Capsule to avoid interference.
