Pirfenidone કેવી રીતે કાર્ય કરે
Pirfenidone એ ફાઈબર ઉત્પન્ન કરતા રસાયણો અને સોજાનું કારણ બનતાં રસાયણોને ઘટાડે છે, જેનાથી સોજામાં રાહત મળે છે અને ફેફસામાં સોજો ઘટે છે.

ઉબકા, ઊલટી, માથાનો દુખાવો, લાલ ચકામા, ચક્કર ચડવા, થકાવટ, પેટમાં દુખાવો, સાંધામાં દુખાવો, અનિદ્રા, ભૂખમાં ઘટાડો, ગેસ્ટ્રો-એસોફીગલ રીફ્લેક્સ રોગ, અતિસાર, વજન ઘટવું, ઉપલા શ્વસન તંત્રમાં ચેપ, Dyspepsia, સાયનસમાં સોજો

- પિરફેનિડોન તમને સૂર્યપ્રકાશ (ફોટોસેન્સિટિવિટી) પ્રત્યે વધુ સંવેદનશીલ બનાવે છે. પિરફેનિડોન લેતાં દરમિયાન સૂર્યપ્રકાશમાં (સનલેમ્પ સહિત) આવવાનું નિવારો. સૂર્યપ્રકાશ સામે ખુલ્લા મુકાવાનું ઘટાડવા દરરોજ સનબ્લોક ઉપયોગ કર અને તમારા હાથ, પગ, અને માથાને ઢાંકો.
- જો તમે ટેટ્રાસાયક્લિન એન્ટિબાયોટિક્સ જોવી અન્ય કોઈ દવા હાલમાં લઈ રહ્યા હોવ તો પિરફેનિડોન લેવી નહીં, કેમ કે તેઓ પ્રકાશ પ્રત્યે તમને વધુ સંવેદનશીલ બનાવી શકે છે.
- જો તમે ફ્લુવોક્સેમાઈન જોવી કોઈ દવા હાલમાં લઈ રહ્યા હોવ તો પિરફેનિડોન લેવી નહીં, પિરફેનિડોન ઉપચાર શરુ કરતાં પહેલાં તે બંધ કરવી જોઈએ અને પિરફેનિડોન ઉપચાર દરમિયાન તેને લેવી જોઈએ નહીં.
- જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ તો પિરફેનિડોનનો ઉપયોગ કરવાનું નિવારવું.
- પિરફેનિડોનના ઉપયોગ દરમિયાન અથવા શરૂઆત પહેલાં ધૂમ્રપાન નિવારવું અથવા તંબાકુંની પ્રોડક્ટ્સનો ઉપયોગ બંધ કરવો.
- કેમ કે તે પિરફેનિડોનની અસર ઓછી કરી શકે છે.
- પિરફેનિડોનથી ચક્કર અને થકાવટ થઈ શકશે. જો તમને થકાવટ અથવા ચક્કરની લાગણી થાય તો ડ્રાઈવિંગ કે મશીનરી ચલાવવા દરમિયાન સાવધાની રાખવી.
- ચહેરા, હોઠ અને/અથવા જીભ પર સોજો, શ્વાસ લેવામાં મુશ્કેલી અથવા ગળામાં સસણી બોલવી જેવી ગંભીર એલર્જીક (અતિસંવેદનશીલતા) પ્રતિક્રિયાનો અનુભવ થાય તો; અથવા સૂર્યપ્રકાશ કે સનલેમ્પ પ્રત્યે ત્વચાની પ્રતિક્રિયા થાય જેમ કે ત્વચા પર ફોલ્લા અને/અથવા ત્વચા ઉખડવાની નિશાનીઓ થાય તો પિરફેનિડોનનો ઉપયોગ બંધ કરવો અને તત્કાલ તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લેવી.
- જો તમને બિમારી જેવી લાગણી થાય અને અસ્વસ્થ હોવ તથા ત્વચાની ખંજવાળ સાથે, ઘેરા રંગના પેશાબ સાથે કે વિના, આંખ કે ત્વચા પીળી થાય; અથવા જો તમને ગળામાં ખારાશ, તાવ, મોંમાં અલ્સર અથવા ફ્લૂ જેવા લક્ષણોની નિશાનીઓ થાય તો પિરફેનિડોનનો ઉપયોગ બંધ કરવો.
