How Verticis PV Tablet works

Verticis PV Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Betahistine, Ginkgo Biloba, Piracetam, Vinpocetine and Vitamin D3. Betahistine improves blood flow in the inner ear which reduces the pressure of excess fluid in the inner ear. Ginkgo Biloba and Vinpocetine increase blood flow to the brain and protect it from damage by harmful chemical substances (free radicals). Piracetam works by further protecting brain and nervous system against a lack of oxygen and also affects various channels on nerve cells. Vitamin D3 is added as it's deficiency may be a cause of Miniere's disease.

I am suffering from Meniere's disease since 2004. Several medicines in homeopathic, allopathy and ayurvedic tried but no benefit. With the allotpathy medicines from neurologist, I am able to manage my daily life. At present I am taking (i) Cognix Plus and (ii) Nexito 10mg daily without gap. If I discontinued medicines in the past, the problem came back and I started feeling guidiness and trepidation/ nervousness. Please advice me certain maintenance dose in homeopathy so that I may discontinue allopathic medicines which is showing now side affects. One of the side affects, now I have thyroid and taking one table of Thyrox 50mg daily. Moreover, I feel drowsiness and memory is also weak.
