How Pampra Spas Tablet works

Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Pamabrom is a diuretic which increases the urine production to remove excess water from the body and relieve premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, swelling and the feeling of being full.

Liver

CAUTION

Pampra Spas 325 mg/25 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Pampra Spas 325 mg/25 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Pampra Spas 325 mg/25 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

What if you forget to take Pampra Spas Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Pampra Spas 325 mg/25 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
