Execare-F Cream is a combination of two medicines that effectively treats skin infections. It minimizes symptoms of inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching. It also kills infection-causing microorganisms.
Execare-F Cream is meant for external use only. It should be applied only to the affected area of the skin as per the dosage and schedule prescribed by your doctor. In order to get the most benefit, apply it regularly and preferably at the same time each day. Do not use larger amounts or apply it more often or for a longer duration than directed. This will only increase the risk of side effects. Avoid any contact with your eyes, nose or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the medicine in these areas.
This medicine is usually safe, however, it may cause burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. These side effects are usually mild and self-limiting. Serious side effects are rare.
It is not likely that other medicines you take by mouth or injection will affect the way this medicine works, but talk to your doctor before using it if you have recently used another medicine that contains a steroid or had an allergic reaction to another antifungal medicine. The medicine is not recommended for pregnant women. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors before using this medicine.
Execare-F Cream is used to treat skin infections caused by bacteria such as impetigo (red sores on face), infection in the hair follicle, sycosis barbae (infection of the bearded skin), paronychia (infection of the skin surrounding a fingernail or toenail), erythrasma (infection with brown, scaly skin patches, especially in the folds of the body), etc. It may also be used to prevent infections in small cuts or wounds on your skin. Execare-F Cream gives relief from pain, swelling, redness, itching, discomfort at the affected area and speeds up the healing process. You may notice your skin starting to get better within 4-5 days. Keep using Execare-F Cream for as long as it is prescribed.

How Execare-F Cream works
Execare-F Cream is a combination of two medicines: Halometasone and Fusidic Acid which treat skin infections. Halometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Fusidic Acid is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
