Colokleen Bowel Prepration Kit (177ml Each) Orange should be used strictly as directed by the doctor. Dilute the solution with cool or normal drinking water and mix well. Read the instructions thoroughly before using the medicine. It is usually administered in two doses. One in the evening before colonoscopy. And a second dose 10 to 12 hours after the first dose and in the morning of colonoscopy, at least 3 and half hours before the colonoscopy.
