Wash your hands first before applying Aqualube Liquigel. To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface.
Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute, immediately after putting the medication. This will prevent the medication from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.

Yes. U can do the following. First of all make a habit that with every 40 mins to one hour of laptop use, u take a 10 min break from screen. Now break doesn't mean u check mobile in between. Break is break. Wash ur eyes or close ur eyes, like that. U can also use Aqualube eye drops four to five times daily. Let me know if the above things help
