Thyoshri-L 4/4 Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of pain due to muscle spasm. It improves the movement of muscles and provide relief from pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms.
Thyoshri-L 4/4 Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It can be taken with or without food. You should take it strictly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor.
This medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, and indigestion. If you experienced any such side effects that do not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent them.

Thyoshri-L 4/4 Tablet treats pain due to muscle spasm by relaxing stiff muscles. It also reduces swelling in the muscles. Altogether, it helps in easy movement and reduces discomfort. Thyoshri-L 4/4 Tablet works quickly, usually within a few hours and the maximum benefit can take 2 to 4 weeks or sometimes longer. Take it as prescribed. Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly.

How Thyoshri-L Tablet works
Thyoshri-L 4/4 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Lornoxicam and Thiocolchicoside which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Lornoxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

What if you forget to take Thyoshri-L Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Thyoshri-L 4/4 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Who should not take Thyoshri-L 4/4 Tablet?
Individuals should not take Thyoshri-L 4/4 Tablet if they have allergies to lornoxicam, thiocolchicoside, or other NSAIDs, have severe kidney or liver disease, active stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, heart failure, or a history of asthma related to NSAIDs. It is also not recommended for children, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding.
